1. Platform purpose and academic disclaimer

Stanai Learn is an academic assistant that helps students access departmental learning resources and study in a more structured way.

Stanai Learn is not an examination body and does not award grades, certificates or academic credit. Materials on the platform are uploaded by authorized departmental representatives and lecturers. Stanai Learn does not guarantee that any material is complete, current or officially endorsed by an institution.

Study tools, generated summaries, practice questions and study guidance are learning aids only. They do not predict examination content and must not replace your official course materials, lectures or the guidance of your lecturers.

2. Account integrity

Accounts are personal. You must register with accurate details, including your full name, matriculation number, institutional email, department and level.

You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share your password or allow another person to use your account. Shared administrative accounts are not permitted.

Accounts that provide false information, impersonate another person, or claim a position the holder does not occupy may be suspended without notice.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access departments, levels or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content in bulk, or interfere with platform availability.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory or non-academic content.
• Do not resell, republish or commercially redistribute materials obtained through the platform.
• Do not misuse study tools to generate content for academic dishonesty.

4. Academic materials and intellectual property

Course materials remain the intellectual property of their authors, lecturers, departments or institutions. Stanai Learn hosts them on behalf of the partnered department for the academic benefit of its students.

Materials are provided for personal academic use only. If you are a rights holder and believe material has been uploaded without authorization, contact support@mystanailearn.co and it will be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

The Stanai Learn name, interface and software remain the property of Stanai.

5. Credits and payments

Some study tools consume credits. Credit prices, package sizes and the credit cost of each tool are displayed before purchase or use.

Credits are for use on Stanai Learn only. They carry no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and are generally non-refundable once spent. Where a tool fails to deliver a result, credits charged for that action are returned automatically.

Payments are processed by our payment partner. Stanai Learn does not store your card details.

6. Service availability and platform changes

Stanai Learn is offered on an as-available basis. Features may be added, changed, limited or withdrawn as the platform develops, and maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

We aim to keep content available, but you should keep your own copies of any material that is critical to your studies. Downloads are provided for exactly this reason.

7. Suspension and termination

Departmental administrators may deactivate an account within their department. Stanai Learn may suspend or remove any account that breaches these terms, is compromised, or no longer belongs to an authorized representative.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stanai Learn is not liable for academic outcomes, loss of data, or any indirect loss arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced within the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
